   Ordered a lovely little bird from this store. After searching everywhere It was the only place we could find the bird we wanted and being nearly 3 hours drive .. we were thrilled to find out they could arrange delivery with a specialist bird and pet delivery service. We weren’t sure what to expect but the bird came the day we were told it would and even had several confirmations that it was on its way and updated time of arrival. The bird didn't seem too bothered by the journey either and even had food and water in his windowed travel box. Cannot fault the delivery service or the bird as he is in great condition and adorable too. Would highly recommend.

   I had recently heard of this shop when I wanted to fill my desire of finally owning a turtle, I phoned this shop to see if they could help my searches… and they did just that I was greeted at the door by a lovely lady who had also owned a musk turtle (she was so adorable) and gave me all of the advice and tips I needed to know before I purchased. Unfortunately at the time I didn’t have the money to get the turtle that day, but I had fount a way to afford my baby turtle and a healthy and happy environment to watch them grow I didn’t quite catch the ladies name but she was fabulous, quick and attentive with everything she had done. She had even kept the shop open 15 minutes later just so I could pick up my lovely turtle. Whoever this lady is you are amazing at your job and was so attentive today and we definitely will be returning soon to find rocket (our turtle) another friend. Thankyou, ThePetShop

Even when I had any follow up questions continuously after taking this cute potato home. I am looking forward to this journey and possibly more birds from here, it’s my first time looking after a bird on my own

   Ace company guys we got a wonderful Indian ring neck sparky over a month ago and settled in no time went today to get a new friend for our budgies and they remembered who we were and asked about how the parrot was getting on. top service anything you need whether that be food medicinal stuff or a just a new bird this is the place to go. Just remember if you’ve never had birds before and are not experienced listen to what they have to say and your birds will be absolutely fine they are the experts.

   took a leap of faith and purchased a lineolated parakeet over the phone to be delivered to leeds, she has arrived via courier with plenty of extra food in the cage (about 5 days worth which is great as I assume my feed is a different brand sp ot will help wean her) obviously she will be a little stressed from the journey for 24 hours but she's a beautiful cobalt mauve and she's nice and big, no signs of any health issues and I'd already starting to feel at home with my other linnie it was love at first sight for them both, thank you so much for ensuring a speedy delivery and making sure she arrived with as little stress possible here she is (blue) with my 2 year old linnie as you can see she's not puffed up with stress she's just a little tired and enjoying the attention

   I purchased 2 beautiful Quaker parrots from W Ahmed the birds are lovely. I had no problems with the seller ,very friendly arranged delivery for me and arrived on time and I know if I need any advice he will advice me I will definitely recommend to anyone else planning on getting a bird .
