Unprofessional, rude and threating. I'm currently speaking to citizens advice to see if this behaviour can be reported to an ombudsman of any kind. I sincerely hope for my landlord rethinks which agent he uses to represent the property before we have to have any further dealings with them.

The letting agent is very professional and have been amazing from start to finish with my tenancy. Nothing is too much trouble and their communication and professionalism are second to none. Problems are dealt with swiftly and can’t rate them highly enough.
We recently purchased a property that was being sold by Towns and Crawford and was amazed by the amount of work they put in on our behalf as the purchaser. Things such as chasing solicitors and estate agents. They were always very proactive and very quick to respond to any questions we had, and also offered great advise as to what we could be doing to speed the process up. In comparison we barely heard anything from the estate agents we were using to sell our property. Overall Towns and Crawford were very professional and if I were to sell my house in the future, I would do so through them.
Nice people,but felt that they seemed to value the buyer more than me as the seller.The buyer also knew what was happening before me as the seller and he text me to keep me informed. Also requested 4 times for the house to be advertised on facebook to give it additional coverage.That never happened. Ive not bought or sold a property for along time and wasnt really sure of the process to follow and what to do at what stage of the sale.So perhaps I should have requested more updates as to what to do etc. Positive points nice people to chat to! This is just my personal experience and each persons experience may well be different. My property did sell.So thanks for that
At my time of life, and the circumstances I found myself in, I rented a property through your company. From the start to the finish of my 7 months living there, I can honestly say that the estate agency team I have dealt with during this time have been FANTASTIC! to say the least( Charli, Marion and Lorah).they have made my transition Very easy and nothing has been too much trouble.
