I would like to express my sincere thanks to the cinema manager, Graham, for such outstanding customer service. We were truly grateful to receive complimentary tickets, which was an incredibly kind and generous gesture. Graham was professional, approachable, and genuinely cared about making our experience a positive one. It’s rare to come across such thoughtful service, and it really made our visit extra special. Thank you again for your kindness and for running a cinema that clearly values its customers. The reclining seats are exceptionally comfortable and made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel at ease. I would also like to commend the other staff members, who were all incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. They genuinely go out of their way to help, always with a smile, which really sets this cinema apart. Thank you again to the manager and the entire team for such a positive experience. We always return to the Arc Cinema Beeston and have highly recommended this cinema to others.

Been coming to Arc Cinema Beeston since it opened and wow what a cinema. Staff are always welcoming and friendly, prices are fantastic for tickets and pricing for food is equally as good. Amazing selection of sweets and drink selection ranging from ice blasts, fizzy pop, alcohol to hot drinks. Seats are extremely comfortable and clean, temperature inside the cinema room is just right not too hot not too cool. Never had problems of noise from other viewers. Toilets are always clean and never smell which is a massive plus. Amazing cinema and highly recommended!!

A great cinema which has a good mix of new films and old favourites showing. They have comfortable chairs and nice, clean rooms. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the food and drink is decently priced. Lots of vegan/vegetarian options for pick and mix too!

Easy to find, spotless inside, and feels properly modern rather than "refurbished sometime during the recession." Tickets cost a little more than other cinemas, but the experience easily justifies it - comfy reclining seats, great picture and sound, and enough legroom that you don't have to play footsie with the stranger in front. The screen I was in only had maybe 40-50 seats, but that actually made it feel more private. It was surprisingly quiet for a Friday night, which suited me just fine. Honestly, probably the best cinema I've ever been to. If every chain ran like this, I'd never watch another film at home in my pants again.

The prices aren’t the worst, there quite cheap for the experience, I’ve been a couple times and never regretted it. The staff are normally caring and kind. Normal tickets for an adult are £10 and children tickets are £7.5. This is for the normal rooms they have, the place does not disappoint, the design is very nice. They also have reclining seats which are very comfortable. One thing that really annoys me is that you aren’t allowed to bring any hot foods or any sort of snacks with you that isn’t brought from them. This really disappoints as their prices for snacks and food are quite high, although the popcorn isn’t as expensive, it was about £4.5 for a decent sized bucket of popcorn.

Had not heard of an ARC cinema until wanting to go see a movie in Beeston. Tickets were cheaper than the likes of Cineworld and the seats way more comfortable and fully reclining. Clean, modern and well worth supporting. Special student offers on Monday's.

A very clean and comfy cinema , with pleasant staff.... The recliner seats are excellent.... Prices for food and drinks were a bit steep though...!?! Top marks for design, though.....

Absolutely fantastic cinema, nice independent small chain with a good amount of screens, all the chairs were reclining and comfy. We went to see Short Circuit as it was the only cinema to show it for it's 25th Anniversary but they had a replica to meet guests as they arrived, very special and a nice touch. Also a big thank you to the cinema for sending out the poster from the event as non were available at the time, really helpful took our details and posted them out asap.

Great cinema overall but the customer service and support needs a lot of improvement. Booked to see James Bond - No Time to Die on opening night and the web based booking system did not clearly outline restricted views from the seats (above the entrance corridor) so the movie experience was ruined, being opening night it was also impossible to relocate to other seats as instructed by staff. Contacted Arc Cinema to leave feedback which they have now taken on board and do not allow anyone to book those seats. We did ask on multiple occasions if management or customer service could compensate us with some free tickets for the ruined evening movie experience but they fail to get back to you and show no interest on making amends. Disappointing how easy it is for poor management staff to ruin an otherwise fantastic venue.
