Had a couple negative experiences at this store recently. The first one a couple of months ago I went to collect my order and I mentioned to the lady on the till that I hadnβt had an email to say it had arrived but I had chosen a date for it to be collected (I waited an extra day before I went to collect to be sure my order was there) she kept saying it will be here by the 16th and I had to remind her that the date was actually the 18th and then she said she doesnβt know then. She kept saying she doesnβt know but then checked and my order was in fact there. Today I went to get some newborn essentials as I have a 2 week old baby and wanted to use gifted money from friends and family for the items. There was no staff on the till and then a que formed after 5 minutes with all self check outs needing assistance and someone waiting at the normal till. In the end someone went to fetch a staff member (this was as they opened so about 9:10am) there were two elderly people next to me at the self serve which I helped as they didnβt know how to use the machine. I was waiting for assistance as the self service till wouldnβt take my Β£20 only my 2 Β£10s and the total was Β£32. When the shop assistance did come to help she said the machine didnβt like my Β£20 and asked if I could pay the Β£12 difference on card which I did but ideally I would of liked to have paid cash and been assisted at the man made till to do this. Not everyone might have the extra money on card if they have brought enough cash to pay with them.

I asked an assistant how come paracetamol box was stated contains c affine was the first time I had seen this on a paracetamol box she said I don't know ..I don't make it and walked off from me ..she needs sacking if she can't do the job what is she doing there she was very miserable.

Was very kind & professional and answered all my queries as well as helped me link my student ID to my advantage card! True asset to the store!!

Today the customer service was poor.. no one was on the cash till for nearly 10 mins and there was a huge queue in front and behind me. The lady at the till then sold me a ripped paper cashier bag. I promptly asked for a refund. If I could give this branch a 0 I would.. please train the staff to do better.. definitely the worse branch Iβve been too!!
