Just to say a big thank you for the care and compassion shown to myself and dog. Really good communication and interactions. My dog had a wonderful time and this was demonstrated on picking him up.
Booked our 2 dogs in for 10 days. Dropped them off, then got a phone call as we reached the airport. "We cannot cope with one of your dogs, you need to collect them". Obviously have no pet skills at all and cannot cope if things go wrong. We managed to contact someone to collect them and look after them at home, but otherwise we would have missed our holiday. Totally unreliable, would not be able to cope in emergency situation. Take your dogs here at your own risk, personally, I would not trust them with a goldfish! shame I could not give zero * rating!
We left our rescue dog, Stewie, here on two occasions and were really pleased with the obvious care he was given. However, I phoned last weekend and asked Becky if she has availability at the end of September and in November. When we collected Stewie in July, I asked the young lady to book him in for November, as our holiday is now booked. Apparently, that message was not passed onto Becky. I spoke to Becky on Sunday and she said she would phone me back at about 5 pm that day reference our November holiday.. No phone call since then tells me the communication is dreadful and I have now lost confidence in this boarding kennels. A shame as I do feel the dogs are very well looked after.
My beloved Chorky, Poppy, has stayed at Woodford Kennels on 2 occasions. Each time she has been very happy on arrival and when picked up has shown that she's had a good time, eyes bright, fur in good condition and very energetic!! Staff are caring and professional and do their very best to meet Poppy's needs. I also love Woodford's environment. It has a calm and relaxing feel with lovely grounds. So I will be continuing to return with Pops whenever she needs a place to stay.
We had to book our boy into a kennels last minute and came across woodford grange. So glad we did. Absolutely stunning place. Coco loved his stay there. Will 100% be using again. Very clean and tidy. Kennels are heated in the colder months.
Absolutely amazing place. I put my little Princess here at very short notice. After losing our other dog 2 days before . I was very worried about leaving her. I had no need to worry. Becky , Lauren and Wendy were absolutely fantastic with her. Messages and pictures were sent to me while away which made me feel so much better. I would highly recommend Woodford Grange to anyone who is looking to board their pets. After using Sunnyside Kennels to board my dogs in the past , i have now found the place where my Princess will be going to in the future. Thank you ladies your the best xx❤️

This was the first time I put any of my dogs into Kennels. I was really reluctant, but once I met Becky I knew my dog was going to be fine. Becky was reassuring, she kept in touch to let me know my pet was fine. The cost was very reasonable, in fact, I would be happy to pay more for the great service. I definitely recommend this Kennel and will use again.
Having never put my dog in kennels before i was a bit worried not knowing what to expect. There was no need. He was happy, well looked after and looked great after his groom too! Thank you for accomodating us last minute.
