Their initial assessment of our house was thoughtful and insightful. Spending time to identify and recognise features of the property to help the sale process. They had good Knowledge of the local property market and needs of customers which proved accurate and positive. Whatever our query they answered promptly, taking questions further and finding information out when appropriate, getting back to us as agreed.    When I was thinking about buying a small property to let I had no idea how to go about it so I asked a friend that I knew had a couple of properties that she let. She told me she used Lisa at Whitegates, saying that she took care of everything and was more than happy with the service. I contacted Lisa found her to be very friendly and helpful - she even met up with us on site when considering a purchase. She was able to offer lots of useful advice and suggestions and confirmed that she could deal with everything and I wouldn't have any worries.
