As you are aware we parting with a property that had been in my wife’s family from the day it was built in 1963 ( A long time)! You are also aware that we had a bad experience with another agent prior to appointing yourselves. We can honestly say you have more than made up for that awful experience with your help, care and above all your professionalism. We must say a special thank you to Matthew Wheatley, Jason Swift and Sonia Sisson who were fantastic, not forgetting Amie Moore at head office and the rest of the staff at the Ilkeston office.    Amber and Jack from the lettings team were fantastic in helping me find and secure a rental property. Both were friendly and helpful. Communications were always prompt whether over phone or email, and any questions I had got answered within hours. From Chloe the mortgage adviser and James and the rest of the team( can't remember all their names) they updated me regularly and prompted me if I forgot to do some things which I found really helpful. Jack and Amber - from start to finish were supportive, informative and our application went by like a breeze! Burchells' move in process on the day left me and my partner feeling like we had everything we needed including a lovely move-in care package with various move in must haves like tea bags and snacks! This estate agents would be perfect for first time movers and movers alike!

   Maddy came round mid September to view my house for the market and straight away there was a sense of care and duty which put her the front runner for selling the house instead of Purple Bricks. Maddy made it feel more like her own home instead of just another number with PB She has been amazing throughout the whole process so far with my house sale along with Connor and Leona- special shout out to Leona for the sales negotiations! I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy,sell or rent their house. They have a caring team ready to help!

   Absolutely the best estate agency I've worked with. I'm a tenant and found my new flat through them. Chelsea and Amber have been extremely helpful and went above and beyond what was expected to help me and my partner through every step of the process. Very sweet and helpful ladies. The application process was quick and easy, everything was sorted pretty much within a week. They're very quick to respond if you need any help. Great agency overall, haven't had any issues whatsoever with them. They even gave us a cute care package with little goodies. Highly recommend them!
