   we went in asking about a reward card. the workers were friendly and offered to help. we contacted customer support and they said ask some one in store. we did that and got directed to the till. one of the workers tried helping but a lady with pink hair was rude and disrespectfu. saying we already have one and we don't need one. we tried telling her but she said we need another device. finally she gave us one even though we told her customer support said we can link the card. also being rude to a child which looked 4.

   I just wanted to share how fantastic the Clinique consultant at the Boots in Wolverhampton (Wulfrun Centre) is. She is genuinely lovely, friendly, and so good at her job. She always takes her time, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel welcome every single visit. She’s honestly the reason I continue to shop at Clinique there, and I even brought a female family member with me recently, she was brilliant with her too. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a warm personality, but she really does. Highly recommended.

It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely takes the time to make sure everything is sorted properly, and she did exactly that. ❤️❤️❤️

   Absolutely disgraceful service at Boots. On the 11th of July, I bought a perfume as a gift for my brother. The sales assistant, Sarah, gave me the wrong perfume and insisted it was the one I asked for. I trusted her, and as a result, my brother’s birthday was completely ruined. When I went back to the store to explain their mistake and try to sort it out, I was met with zero help and even worse—appalling attitude. A man with a beard and tan skin was unbelievably rude. He didn’t just refuse to help; he treated me with total disrespect, as if I was the problem. No apology, no accountability, nothing. This is absolutely unacceptable from a store like Boots. The staff clearly don’t care about customer experience and certainly don’t take responsibility for their own mistakes. I will never be shopping there again—and I strongly advise others to think twice before they do. I am a visitor to this country and I promised myself never to return.

   Very nice shop to buy things. I always come here to buy skin cares and baby food. Sometimes, drugs and other items.The shop is very big, and busy. Great service, good products and good staff. Good place to shop. It’s located right at the city centre.

   Most rudest staff I’ve ever known. Publicly talk about customers to other customers and staff, asked for help on the photo machine today were the women said ‘I’m on my break you’ll have to find someone else’ bumped into another member of staff for her to say ‘WHAT PHOTO?!’ I said ‘sorry what’s wrong with you staff today? She said it’s not us staff it’s you customers, absolutely rude really don’t see how they have a job not even the local chippy would want them..

   Made an appointment online for the flu vaccination and was turned away when we turned up as the Pharmacist issuing the jab wasn’t there ?? Thanks Boots wasted journey and no phone call to cancel appointment. Pharmacist phoned eventually to rebook appointment and … when we turned up for the second appointment yes you guessed it Pharmacist wasn’t there !! Another wasted journey not to mention TWICE now our two Grandchildren had been worked up unnecessarily about getting their flu jab. Unbelievable service from Boots . Not impressed at all totally unreliable department for Pharmacists !!

   1 star for the person stocking the makeup, asked her whether she had an item in stock as it clearly stated on Boots website the Wolverhampton Dudley street store has the item in stock. Without checking she told me they did not have any and will at Xmas. I went to another lady who I will give 5 stars to, her name is Nicky, she was stocking around the body wash area. I asked her politely and without hesitation she went into the stock room to have look and to my surprise she had the item in her hand. Thank you so much Nicky I give you 5 stars as you went above and beyond. The 1st colleague I wish I could rate you 0 as you came across unwilling to help and was more interested in speaking to her colleague who was sitting on the floor also stocking the makeup. Well done Nicky, a real asset to Boots.
