And in store, Olee the store manager, is amazingly friendly, helpful and made my return this morning a really positive stress-free experience! This is my favorite Next store for this reason!    I usually go to the Uxbridge store, but since I was nearby today, I popped into this one to return an item. The service just felt off, and after reading other reviews, I get why. The lady at the till was rude and made me feel like I was bothering her. Definitely won’t be coming back to this store.

   Today, I visited the Next store on Bath Road in Slough and was extremely disappointed with the level of service. There was a technical issue with the Wi-Fi, which meant many customers were unable to collect or return their orders. Despite this, staff continued to let customers input their order numbers without informing them that the system was not working. I waited in the queue for over 20 minutes, and there was no clear communication or assistance from the team. A staff member was stationed at the door but failed to inform customers about the issue. To make matters worse, a younger team member who appeared to have just started her shift kept loudly asking, “What’s happening?” which made the situation feel even more chaotic and unprofessional. I have never experienced such poor organisation and lack of customer care at Next before. Clear communication and better management would have made a big difference.

   I ordered some suit trousers to this store yesterday, went to pick them up today, my partner tried them on and there was a snotty tissue in the pocket. This store clearly doesn’t check their returns properly, to be honest it was disgraceful and the staff member i told seemed less than interested.

   The girl working at the collect order is rude and unprofessional. I came to pick up my order since Thursday but received a painful racial discrimination. Some of the staff showed contempt and attitude. There is no professional manager to guide a professional staff. Instead they hire unethical people to do the work. I went to enter the code into the machine to wait to receive the order. The machine said 3 minutes. But I waited for 25 minutes. When I tried to ask her but she was rude and said try your patience. I understand to be patient. But your work attitude shows that you are racist towards Asians. Try to do something to make your life better than being an employee at a clothing store. And if you do something. Do your responsibility. This article is respectfully dedicated to the pink shirt model working at 15:00 on Sunday 3/8. Please don't be arrogant, show humility when you are just an employee at the store. I don't give you your photo so here it is because I want to keep the opportunity for you to do your job well. Pls careful

   What a terrible store! Such a mess, no staff, long queues and no effort to get the staff who are folding clothes to help on the tills.

   I will never step into this store again. I waited 1 houe for a parcel! After I asked someone for help I was told to queue up at the tills which then took another 20 minutes! Do not order to this store. Extremely understaffed and disorganised.

   I’m sorry to say your guys are not doing great job at all. I’m talking about the collection point. Always messing up the parcels and update the account saying it’s collected when you guys scanned and not given out to the customer. Sign board outside the collection point says please be patient with us, even after being patient with you guys atleast get things right. Not the first time it happened for me to write this review.

   Nice shop but didn’t like the customer service as very rude lady was serving me who had no business to say her opinion about me paying in change instead of card.
