   Lovely looking store but was pounced on by the staff as soon as I walked in the door. Was then followed around the store, felt pressured so left without looking properly would prefer to have been welcomed and then left to browse, if I needed information then I would have approached staff members. I was rhebinly personnel the store so I get why I had the attention though

   I’d just like to say the SCS team in Plymouth have been outstanding from sale untill getting our stunning quality sofa in our home! We did have an issue with delivery our own fault really as one section to large to get in. I was quite stressed but they organised a redelivery with the loveliest upholster and he worked his magic. The team was very supportive throughout putting my stress at ease. This is our second sofa from scs our last one we had for ten years and honestly the best customer service along with it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Very happy with our new sofa :)

   Popped in today to look at their range of sofas, but whilst we were there, we experienced the worst customer service we've experienced. We were looking upstairs and noticed they had some toilets so we quickly used them and we're going to continue looking but we had a call that we needed to go pick up our ill child. As we went down stairs, my wife was still on the phone, a sales person came charging across the floor and spoke to us in a demeaning and accusatory tone asking if we used the toilets and said it was only for patrons and we should have asked. There were no signs to suggest this (even though we were, but in his mind clearly weren't patrons). He said in a patronising manner we should use McDonald's toilets instead and when we said we were disgusted with his aggressive behaviour and we wouldn't return, he said he didn't reckon we were looking to buy a sofa from there anyway even though we were quite likely to. I wouldn't recommend anyone go to this SCS but I would be interested to hear if this is the level of service they expect from their employees. Absolutely disgusted at the way we were treated, the person on the phone to my wife thought the same too! After this experience we will be telling everyone we know to never shop here.

   Shocking, absolutely terrible. Sofas were supposed to be delivered over a month ago. They rearranged for delivery tomorrow. I’ve had my current sofas picked up and disposed of, only to find out that our sofas have been delayed again for another week. I now have no sofas in my lounge, I have had to find care for my one year old son because of the swap around which was a waste of time and money. Staff on the phone are useless, they lied to my partner and said the sofas were off for a 3-day clean (which another employee told me doesn’t even exist) tried to make a complaint but they’ve made that near impossible. Wouldn’t recommend SCS to anyone, hopeless and incompetent. Don’t lie, speak the truth, it’s as simple as that. Plymouth branch for anyone who’s wondering.

   We visited several furniture places yesterday and chose to come back to ScS today to make our purchase of two 2 seater sofas. Staff were friendly and informative without being overbearing. We were able to take time making final decision and were given guidance about preffered fabrics and colour etc. There was a very good variety of sofas to choose from and everything was clearly marked with options and prices. First time I've made a major purchase without leaving the shop and feeling unsure ten minutes later! Very happy so far with the store and the staff. Will leave another review once the order has been completed and is in situ!

   From start to finish the service I received was second to none. The sofa is fantastic quality too. It was purchased for our new home and despite many cancelled delivery days coming and going because we still hadn't completed on our purchase, SCS couldn't have been more understanding. . easy to contact and reschedule a new date. Highly recommended and we will definitely use in the future.

   Seen it advertised on TV so as I needed a sofa why not. Full Corona virus rules applied here. Was warmly greeted as I walked in and was explained the layout. Had a nice walk around without being bothered which is always good for me. A fab selection of sofas on display of all types and price ranges. And the prices were very good. A couple of the sofas to my eye so will be going back for second look. Thanks for the freedom to look around without bother. Well worth a look .
