Callum was very informative and helpful when we picked out our mattress today, he offered us drinks and made us feel very welcomed in store. He took the time to explain the features of each of our options after we used the Dreams scanning machine so that we were able to find our perfect mattress, thanks Callum!
Visited Dreams in the hunt for some decent pillows. After trying various different ones we spoke to Callum at Plympton and he went through the range and asked us how we slept. He then recommended some pillows within our price range. After 2 weeks of having them the report back is that they are great and my wife now sleeps better and the headaches have stopped. Fully recommend speaking with Callum. Will happily shop there again.
The lady that helped us this evening was really kind. She greeted us when we came in and asked what we were looking for and showed us what beds fitted our needs. She offered us water and took us through the process of buying the perfect bed for me and my partner. She was really friendly and made our experience so much better. Had a wonderful experience with the Dreams team and my mattress is very comfortable, but I particularly wanted to mention the delivery team. Their communication was excellent and they were right on time. The thing that really stood out to me though, was that out of all of the companies I had deliver that day, the Dreams delivery guys were the only ones who put covers on their shoes when they entered my home, instead of walking all over my carpets with soaking wet shoes. I was so impressed, it shows they think about the little details and go the extra mile. Will definitely be shopping here again. Thanks Dreams Team.

Bought my new mattress from Deams in Plympton. Great experience from first visit through to the delivery. Paula took great care of me during the buying process, explaining the differences between the mattress and was very patient! The delivery team were very friendly and helpful, when i asked if they could carry then new mattres upstairs their response was no problem we can do that for you. My mattress was unpack and put straight onto my bed. Fantastic service throughout! Would highly recommend Deams to friends and family.

Good, friendly staff who were knowledgeable and not overbearing. Simulator to help you choose the most comfortable 'type' of mattress. It calculated pressure points and suggested different firmnesses of mattress.
