My dog is frightened of everything yet she let Donna wash dry and cut her nails and groom her with out fuss. This shows that she trusted her and for my dog let someone groom her is unheard of , I have always done it myself. I will definitely be taking her to Donna from now on. Lovely lady and she is obviously very good at her job. Thank you
Donna was absolutely amazing with my nerves dog. She talked through all the steps she would be doing with her as well spending as much time with my dog as possible to build that relationship with her. I recommend her so much definitely will be coming back again! She still smells amazing til this day!
Cannot recommend Donna enough ! Bonnie is 7 months and this was her first groom. Donna listened to everything and couldn’t have done a better job, Bonnie was so happy there and didn’t want to leave ! Can’t wait to take her back in 7 week. Thanks again !
Absolutely amazing service ! My 2 little dogs who previously didn’t enjoy having a groom with previous groomers, were very content after groom today with Donna. They were treated exceptionally well and were so content. They smell absolutely wonderful and have been groomed to a very high standard. They look and smell beautiful. Donna is very polite and welcoming and will go above and beyond for dogs and their owners always putting them first. We had a dog surrendered to us and she was totally matted and needed some love and care. After calling round Sunday morning Donna agreed to she her and help. I can't thank her enough for the time she took to sort her out. Great job and highly recommended. We will be back
