   Mark was very helpful in finding the perfect mattress and bed frame for my partner and me within our budget. Our custom king-size mattress—with dual firmness—took about 4–5 weeks to arrive, which we expected. The delivery fee was a bit high, and the team initially forgot the headboard. However, the store immediately resolved the issue and re-delivered it to our door the next day at no extra cost. Overall, our new bed is extremely comfortable. Thank you

   Shocking, run by a horrible person. Was out shopping for two new beds today, parked up in their car park, went to draw out some cash as one of the beds was not for myself so they wanted to be able to do a cash refund if required, the owner came out and said I couldn't park in their car park and would get fined as there are cameras, I explained I was going to draw out money and return to purchase two beds, he said that was fine. I came back to find a big red notice stuck to my windscreen printed by the manager warning me not to park there again, when I entered to speak to him about it, he immediately told me to leave and to shop somewhere else, got up very close to me and in my personal space, basically pushing me out of the shop with his body - even though I didn't refuse to leave once and wanted an explanation for his behaviour. Absolutely disgusting, would not shop here, run by a horrible disgusting human, there's a much better place next door which is cheaper. He's a liar and will rip you off. Spend your money somewhere safer.

   Impeccable service, and patience. Emma took the time to explain all of our options, and the best way to test and narrow our choices down. Actively encouraged testing of the beds in a way that didn’t make it feel awkward or weird. Nothing was too much trouble including moving mattresses onto different frames to make sure we made the right choice. Happily made a purchase, and would highly recommend. Let’s hope the delivery is a smooth as the purchasing. Shop has a little private car park at the back so whilst it’s seems like it’s in an awkward location is actually very accessible!
