   What a lovely experience! Our dog Oaty has only been groomed once before and he’s quite nervous! But the team looked after him and when I came to collect him he had a new Christmas bandanna aswell as a Christmas present and card which was such a lovely touch! Really friendly team and Oaty looks great!

   We took our dog Dempsey to house of paws he was quite scared but the staff there were so lovley and reassured Dempsey from the moment we got there , they were quick and efficient ensuring lesser stress for dempsey , they took a lovley xmas photo of him his coat was lovely and clean and smelled amazing , nails were clipped well, looking forward to taking Dempsey back there for future grooming x

   House of paws were brilliant with my nervous dog. It was her first time in the groomers so I was very anxious in taking her. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and made me feel at ease. She had a wash and cut and looked beautiful. She was no issue at all and the groomers dog made her feel welcome and the team made sure she felt safe. Would highly recommend this service.

   Lily had her first puppy groom there. She was smelling so nice that I haven't found it after I took her to other groomers close by. It was a bit of travel for me but all worth it. Well looked after and has a waiting area where you can spend time with the shop dogs. She is going to travel all the way when she needs her next groom. Not looking further.
