   I give the score of 10 because of how helpful and pleasant all the staff were, from helping to open the door while i had the prams and assist us when selecting my sons glasses, the girls that help fit the glasses were bubbly and understanding when helping my 2 year old son. He had a pleasant experience and over all were very happy with the kindness and glasses that were helped to be selected. They expressed that if a problem occurred they would be more than happy to help and so far we've had no problems. I'd recommend the Newtownards branch to anyone needing either a sight test or glasses selection.

   Very professional and friendly staff. Assisted me from entering the store with dignity. I always have trouble choosing new frames and Ross was on hand to help. When I collected my new glasses, clear and sunglass lenses, Brooke made me feel at home and did a brilliant job adjusting the frames to my needs. I've been using Specsavers for years and particularly like the experience in the Newtownards branch.

   Both my reception and guidance inside the facility were exceptional in this day and age. Reception staff were polite and professional. The optician was outstanding in her manner and professionalism. Everything was explained carefully and methodically and no stone was left unturned in her examination and explanation of what was going on. I can honestly say it was the best optician experience I have ever had. Thank you.

   I’ve been a customer of this branch for a long some time now. However, lately service declined, each visit I get treated less and less respectfully. Staff attitude is not what it used to be, they all look fed up and come across as being arrogant and that they doing me a favour by serving me.
