Ordered a kitchen makeover early June paid the deposit said it would be 6-9 weeks mid August said he was having problems with his fitter would give me a date in 10 - 14 days since then despite calls, texts and emails I have had no contact from him. I am now looking to recover my deposit. Avoid this company.
Avoid like the Plague!!!!! Takes your money and doesn't complete the job!!! Started my kitchen on 4th May 2021, and still not finished, put wrong doors on lower cupboards which I'm still stuck with and I have no doors atall on top cupboards still!!! Some kickboard still missing aswell. One excuse after another given, when I asked where my cupboard doors were and when they would be done. Paid for lounge flooring and labour, but his imaginary work mate never phoned to arrange fitting. Managed to get flooring back from him, but he didn't reimburse the labour money I had paid him!!! I've asked for labour money back and to be reimbursed for door fronts, but he ignores messages and phone calls!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
Booked a kitchen re vamp with these guys and four months later still not finished. Let down numerous times when they said they would be here and then never showed, just always excuses each and every time. The quality of the work they did actually do is poor and the worktops have gaps with no finishing in them. Finally asked them to come and collect their tools and leave as fed up with the constant excuses. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE
Gentlemen turned up to measure kitchen doors and plinths and under unit lights on a Saturday morning. He spent 90 mins with us and on leaving said our estimate would be with us within 48 hours. Ten days later still no estimate. Tried phoning three or four times and left a message but no response. My advice would be do not use this company as they lack the ability to even have the decency of customer service. They obviously don’t need the money.They obviously think you need to spend a few thousand pounds for their services for them to act on.
