   Extremely poor. We when in and they promised they could book our bespoke holiday. This wasn’t the case. We wanted to go to visit our daughter and granddaughter in Tacoma then visit Seattle. We went through all the details. On applying for our ETSA it was clear that the hotel that we were shown it wasn’t what was booked. It was in a different city. Even though we were told it was 15 mins away from where we needed to be. Clearly can’t be trusted. The agent was Alison Shaw. On realising we were miss sold our experience which was very upsetting. We rang to ask for a refund as it wasn’t what we ordered we got told from a so called “Manager” Rob that it was our fault. Clearly it wasn’t. Also took many phone calls and days to get our deposit back. How many travel agents show you a hotel then book a different one?

   We had a package put together by Tim Boxer and it couldn't have gone any better. We spent a few days in Dubai, a few in Bangkok and the remainder in Phuket. Everywhere we stayed was amazing and the day trips that were pre booked were also amazing. Everything went smoothly and the app to see what we was doing next really helped. 100% using this company again as it takes all the worry and hassle out of planning such a complex trip.

   We were after booking a holiday to a far-off destination that we have never been to, so we needed some expert advice. We spoke to David who was brilliant, full of knowledge, and not pushy. We are eternally grateful to David for not selling us a holiday, but helping us to choose one, which he tailor-made to our desire. David is a credit to the company. I can recommend Trailfinders, we will definitely book with them again.

   After a follow up call from the store manager, I have altered this review somewhat. It was pleasing to hear that the mistake the original booking agent made was acknowledged; however, the rudeness the other agent in the Nottingham store showed is still completely unacceptable. The way she spoke to me was extremely unprofessional, especially given the fact I simply spotted an error that her colleague had made/a mistake that would have caused much disruption to our holiday had I not spotted it. The same agent also assured me she had booked a different hotel which offered a nights stay for free, but then flatly denied this to her duty manager.

   Helpful staff and welcoming atmosphere when booking a holiday. Would advise to go early to avoid crowds and if ringing, expect a slight wait. That aside, would recommend this branch

   Saturday visit, had to wait as only 2 customer advisors on. Good experience if a little slow due to old computer programme. Holiday booked as they are the best in my experience for long haul holidays if a trifle expensive.
