   Stay away from them ! I was supposed to travel to Edinburgh with them end of April 2023. The trip was cancelled 2-3 days before departure. I attempted to contact them many times over the phone or email, no answer. I finally managed to reach someone on What's app but the answers I was given were very vague and didn't provide any reassurance. They said they would postpone the trip but no exact date yet. This is not acceptable and I want to be reimbursed.

   Absolute thieving lowlives! Emailed them for months on end trying to get a refund only to receive responses stating it was pending time and time again, I kept at it and eventually got my money back. My International friends haven't even received an email about refunds and still haven't received any money years after the pandemic began. If you haven't heard anything back from them keep trying and contact your bank and submit a complaint to Trading Standards. Stay away.

   Went to Edinburgh with CityLife and booked with them again for the NYE Morocco trip as soon as I got back! Really well organised, the trips give you an amazing insight into the city you’re visiting as well as it being social and giving you the opportunity to meet tonnes of new people from all over the world! Would recommend these trips to anyone. Amazing value for money too!

   City Life is by far the coolest student oriented service to come to Nottingham. I've known a couple of the founders from its start and have seen it grow into a wonderful opportunity for international students to get together and make the most out of their time in the UK! Whether it be enjoying the nightlife with fun like minded individuals, going on day trips to see the beautiful sights and historical places the UK has to offer, or just to hang out and get to know others, City Life has something for everyone. Everyone I have met who works for them is dedicated to making sure internationals, like myself, make the most of their time in this wonderful place. The best part is the experiences they offer are affordable on a student budget and a lot of the time free! They help to make Nottingham feel like home for all of us. If your coming to Nottingham to study I highly suggest going to a Meet&Speak, Bar Crawl, or Day Trip Event and you'll see what I mean! These guys are top notch when it comes to giving internationals the experience of a life time!
