Sophie and Fiona take all the stress out of booking a holiday and really listen to what you’re looking for, providing great options for you to choose from. They take care of everything from checking you in to booking transfers which is amazing. We will definitely use Viva again and would highly recommend them.

   Great service yet again from Sophie and Fiona for our family trip to Vilamoura, Portugal. We’ve used them before for a bespoke USA West Coast trip but this time it was a straight forward package. However, they made it very stress free and slightly cheaper than what we could have got it for but with better rooms. All the checking in was done for us and we were supplied with all the paperwork - I still love having paperwork! We can’t recommend Viva Vacations high enough

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service and a Dream Holiday in Canada! We’ve just returned from an unforgettable 3-week adventure in Canada, all expertly arranged by Sophie and Fiona at Viva Vacations. From start to finish, everything was seamless. Our journey took us from Calgary to the stunning landscapes of Banff, Emerald Lake, Clearwater, Kamloops, Vancouver, and Vancouver Island—arriving by seaplane no less! We ended our trip back in Calgary to experience the incredible Stampede. Sophie and Fiona took care of absolutely everything—hotels, excursions, travel logistics, and even checking us in for every flight. Their attention to detail was second to none, and we felt completely looked after throughout. Every transfer worked perfectly, every excursion was spot on, and the whole trip ran like a dream. We cannot recommend Viva Vacations—and especially Sophie and Fiona—highly enough. If you're planning a special trip, you're in the very best hands. Thank you for an amazing holiday!

   Thank you to Sophie and Fiona for booking our holiday to Paphos in Cyprus, which we returned recently. We stayed at St George Hotel & Spa, which was All Inclusive. The hotel was amazing with several restaurants and bars. We visited Paphos Harbour, which was a 10 minute taxi ride away. For several years now Sophie and Fiona have booked our holidays and provided recommendations. Today Sophie has booked for us to return to the same hotel in Cyprus in September 2026. Sophie is also researching places to stay in New York in April 2026. A great service provided as always from booking the holiday to checking us in. We would highly recommend Viva Vacations.

   Viva vacations were brilliant in helping us plan our honeymoon at reasonably short notice. We had a few ideas and a budget but Sophie and Fiona put these together into an itinerary with a number of options and their travel knowledge. We received a pack with all the information before we went away, had regular updates on check in (which they did for us) and they even called ahead to the hotels to check everything was in order.    Sophie at Viva vacations was brilliant, she helped us rearrange our honeymoon twice due to COVID cancelling our first two attempts. She went out of her way to help us and it was a stress free experience. Everything was perfect, even helped with sorting out my passport issues. It was such a good service that we are using them to book to go away again as it was so well organised. I cannot recommend them enough, they are brilliant!

   From start to finish, Sophie at Viva Vacations went the extra mile to ensure that our much needed holiday was everything we’d hoped for. Our needs could not have been better met if we’d arranged it ourselves. From start to finish Sophie handled everything, from booking flights, hotel and car hire to checking us in and printing off our boarding cards. We were given clear information throughout about our holiday booking and received a pack of useful contact details should we need it whilst on holiday. We cannot thank Sophie enough for keeping us informed about the ever changing Covid restrictions. This allowed us to make an informed choice and we are so grateful for the fact that Sophie had no hesitation in rescheduling our holiday at no additional cost to us.    What an incredible holiday in Mauritius, booked expertly by Sophie and Fiona (not our first through Viva Vacations, definitely not our last either). With only a vague idea of where to go this summer, they came up with a great suggestion, with expert knowledge as to the best area of the island to go to for the weather in August. They sent through three great looking hotels and we couldn’t have been happier with the one we chose. The personal touch really made a difference, everything was so smooth and made it all a breeze.    Definitely would recommend Viva Vacations, Sophie has been fantastic from start to finish helping us organise our honeymoon, answering all of our questions promptly and giving great advice. After having to rearrange it once due to Covid, Sophie was so patient with us whilst making our final decisions and even managed to price match our holiday with the new dates. We have just come back from the most amazing honeymoon! They couldn’t have been more helpful and we will definitely be using them in the future.
