   We were served by an absolutely lovely lady, I couldn’t remember her name but as a first time glasses wearer I was nervous and dismissive of many of the glasses I tried. She patiently stood by us, helped and offered advice from her own personal experience about what might suit best. In the end I walked away with a great pair of glasses and I’m over the moon. Couldn’t recommend you guys enough, thank you so much.

Today, as a Father, it was a special milestone, my daughter’s very first eye check, and the experience has only strengthened my confidence in choosing you. She felt so at ease, which I could tell, and the two expert opticians who looked after her were beyond outstanding. Although my son, who was there too, is still a little young, I already know he’ll be in the best hands when his time comes.    I was really disappointed with my recent visit. I came in specifically as I was interested in purchasing a higher-end pair of glasses, but the experience left me frustrated. After standing in the queue with very little guidance on where to go, I was then told I could not be seen as I was “late.” I want to be clear that I was not late — I was present and waiting, but all staff were with other customers. I had taken time out of my day to come in, which is not always easy, and unfortunately the lack of organisation meant I left without being properly assisted. I run a business so don’t make negative reviews lightly. I wanted to make you aware of this, as the service did not reflect the standard I would expect when looking to invest in a premium product.

   Very helpful, friendly and efficient staff. My experience during my test was lighthearted and relaxing. I was introduced to the new product, audio glasses, combining vision and hearing correction. I decided to try them and will be glad when I no longer need in-ear hearing aids. The decision was made easier by the promise of a no-quibble 100 day exchange if I was unhappy with the product. Thank you Vision Express.

   Great experience with the staff at Forestside. Eye test was thorough and no pressure to buy anything expensive (though I did opt for the Tom Ford but I had already picked them a week earlier whilst browsing). The offer of two pairs (one at £340 and second pair at £99) with interest free credit included the eye test, lenses, and insurance and was only £18 per month.

   Very compassionate and helpful team of staff, no hassle or rushing, just getting everything right. They gave me great information about all my options and helped me pick out my first prescription sunglasses. They went the extra mile, to source out the colour of frames I wanted, by ringing the providers of the brand. Before I would have been nervous going to the opticians, but since going here, they have saved me a huge amount of effort and given most pleasant experience I’ve ever had!
