   I visited Warren James Wolverhampton a few weeks ago. I never usually shop for jewellery so I wasn't to confident in picking out the perfect necklace. Briony, a lovely lady who worked there was able to support me in making me the right choice in the necklace I wanted. I explained I wanted something durable and small but pretty. She was such a lovely assistant and I am so happy with my purchase. It really is durable and pretty! I will definitely be back soon! Thank you Briony :)

   Not very good at all went in today for 3 lockets for family members to put pictures in of my termanaly ill sister the lady front of shop was completely rude looking at me up and down like I was something that dropped off her shoe told me there was only 1 locket in shop till another member of staff said no we've got more she obviously didn't want to serve me at all I also work with the public in the wulfrun centre it's hard rhis time of year but I'm trueley upset with the way i was treated won't be shopping with u anymore

   I would just like to give some positive feedback for your Wolverhampton stall. Also, a special mention for Sandie who I believe is the store manager. Sandie provided a very good customer service experience when myself and my partner purchased our wedding rings and extra pieces of jewellery for our wedding gifts. Her approach was so kind, and she is setting a great example to her team as they also appear to project her professional and personable attitude to their work. I don't often go out of my way to give feedback like this but on this occasion, I feel that this is more than deserved. Could I request that the appropriate person in the business give the stall the recognition it deserves. Thank you to Sandie and her team for such a positive customer experience.
