    Staff could not care what you was after. No customer service. We felt like we was an inconvenience to them. Then proceed to give me and my family a filthy look as we walked past the window because we walked out.

    Brought my son a Tissot watch from the store in Wolverhampton for his 18th Birthday. About 3 months ago also brought him a leather strap which was ordered directly with Tissot through the Wolverhampton store. When it was ready, took the watch in for them to change the strap. They put the metal strap in a sealed bag ready for my son to change over whenever he wanted. He went to change the strap a week ago to find one of the small pins had been damaged (can only assume this happened when we had the leather strap put on) took the strap in to T H Baker in Wolverhampton today (18/9/25) and they told us we would have the purchased a brand new metal strap for £100 as the damaged pin couldn't be repaired or even removed. Left the store with the watch and damaged strap as I was going to look elsewhere......took the watch into Timpsons in the recommendation of a lady in F hinds store (thank god for her) and the guy in Timpsons managed to do the repair within 5 minutes, while we waited and got no charge! Will not recommend TH Baker to anyone from now on. Really disappointing after spending hundreds of ££ in this store for the aftercare to be so poor.

    RIP off store!! Best to go direct to the manufacturer, in my case TAG Heuer! I took my watch to T.H Baker Wolverhampton for a battery replacement. They told me the cost would be £100 and will be sent off to TAG Heuer. Approx 3 weeks later I got a call from the branch saying that I need to get my watch serviced at a cost of £600 as TAG Heuer have advised this but then proceeded to tell me that the watch was accidentally booked in for a service. I insisted that I only wanted a battery replacement and they told me TAG Heuer said the watch will not work unless it is serviced. I decided to call TAG Heuer myself. They appeared to be surprised at what I had been told as they hadn’t even looked at my watch let alone saying it will not work - they did inform me that any watch older than 5 years they do recommend a service! The customer service agent was shocked at the price I was quoted and suggested I get my watch back and take it to a TAG Heuer boutique and said she would inform her manager at TAG Heuer about the price I was quoted and the poor service by T.H Baker Wolverhampton. After looking in to it, TAG Heuer stores will send off my watch to the same place for a service for £340! To make things worst, I received an email from the store with a summary of what happen which most of it was false however the email stated that I will get my £100 back if I decided I didn’t want to carry out the work with them - as I live in London, my mum went to get the watch and they told her she could only have £75 (£25 for there troubles), anyway I got my £100 back.

    My son had been looking for a leather bracelet. He'd previously tried quite a few on in another well known high street jewellers where the assistant had no interest in him at all. The young assistant here couldn't of been more different. Very helpful, friendly yet still professional, nothing was to much trouble with no expectation to buy. The other assistants in the shop also seemed very friendly. Only popped in on a whim but very glad we did. Thank you.

    We bought my daughter a Ted Baker bangle for her birthday from here on the advice of the sales staff that it was adjustable as she only had slim wrists. The bangle broke a few weeks later, and we explained over the phone that we were recommended this particular bangle by a young girl working there as it was adjustable, we said we no longer had the receipt as we didn't expect to bring it back, but the person on the phone said that we could show the transaction on a print out of our bank statement which they said was fine and to bring it in store. We arrived in store to be told that this wasn't a fault in the product but damage caused by my daughter(from adjusting it as recommended in the shop by their staff!) , and as it broke when my daughter was at school it was insinuated that this was damaged on purpose. They wouldn't replace the item, but offered to sell us another - believe me i'll never purchase another item from your store!
