   Be careful when ordering online or via Instagram. I received an item that didn’t match what was shown, and no apology was given when I raised it later, which shows a lack of basic manners and professionalism. I had no expectations besides an apology and I thought it was important to inform the company as feedback. Sending the correct item is a basic expectation, and this experience resulted in a loss of trust. Communication was consistent, but it’s disappointing that this was my first experience. Based on this and other reviews mentioning poor staff interactions, I’d be conscious of their customer service and recommend only visiting in person rather than ordering online if you really want to make a purchase :)

   I had the most amazing experience at Mannat Designs! I’m so grateful they stayed open for me even after hours on a Sunday. The service was exceptional, and I couldn’t be happier with the beautiful wedding accessories I found for my big day in April 2025. I had heard so much about Mannat Designs on TikTok, and I knew this was the place to go for my wedding needs. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-notch service and stunning pieces!

   I recently had a terrible experience with Mannat Designs, and I feel compelled to share it. I purchased an expensive choora from them, but after just seven days, the pearls started falling off. When I went back to the store to address this issue, Mandeep was shockingly rude. Instead of taking responsibility, she told me it was "common sense" that the pearls would come off. If that's the case, why sell them at such a high price? After I insisted on a solution, she reluctantly offered to replace them but brushed it off by saying they were just £10 bangles anyway. This was incredibly frustrating given the amount I had paid. To make matters worse, she later went on Instagram Live with the paath on in the background, swearing and twisting the entire situation. She falsely claimed she kicked us out of the store, which never happened. We remained respectful throughout and did not swear at any point. Mannat Designs not only sells poor-quality products, but they also lack professionalism and honesty. Their behavior on social media was beyond unacceptable. I would strongly advise against shopping here if you want quality products and respectful customer service. This place is a rip-off!

   Awful attitude from the owner Mandeep, she is miserable and only smiles when you want to buy something. Some of the items don't have prices on them either. I purchased a wedding nose ring and she said it comes with a clip. When she noticed I had a clip (different style to hers), she didn't give me a clip. My nose clip wasn't sitting right/the bead chain that attaches to your hair was under the design/overlapping my lips when the chain should be sitting from the side of you cheek. Also the end of the metal was poking out and it looked really odd. When my sister went back, the owner kept repeating 'there is nothing wrong with the nose clip' and it appeared it she didn't want to help. She said my MUA will sort it out on the wedding day and was now charging me £2.50 for the clip when she first said it was included. I ended up going to another shop who ended up fixing it for me. Really poor attitude, I will not be returning or recommending her, 1 star is too generous. She needs customer service training.

   Mandeep helped me out with getting a set with fast shipping from her supplier and it just came in time for my occasion, she really went above and beyond with her customer service and took on the responsibility to get my order to me on time when I had left it very last minute. I can’t thank her enough for her service and her products are always amazing and unique to every other seller. Her jewellery is very good quality, high standard and always makes your outfit look 100 times better. Thank you so much Mannat Designs, you never fail to complete my outfit. Thank you so much! 100% recommend, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
