   A very big thank you to the staff at Rudells. I recently visited with a broken clasp from a much loved and old Omega Seamaster watch. I preferred a repair if possible to maintain the originality but had low expectations that this would be possible. The team at Rudells came up trumps and the clasp is as good as new. I am over the moon due to the sentimental value of the watch. Fantastic service. Again thank you very much.

   Amazing as always all staff so helpful & such a lovely warm welcome. After being upset that a diamond had fallen out of my eternity ring I was reassured & I felt truly trusted it will be fixed the best way possible. We have used Rudells for many years. First being introduced by my grandmother many many years ago. To then engagement rings, wedding rings, eternity rings any major milestones or just simply a special treat. If you've never been in Ruddells before, then it's definitely worth the experience - the setup is amazing, and dealing with the staff is like stepping back in time .......you get a personal service that you won't get in your high street chain.    Visited Rudells for the first time today to purchase a Tudor Watch. From the warm welcome on arrival the entire experience was extremely pleasant. We never felt rushed or pressured and Nick Cadman who looked after us for the entire transaction was personable, knowledgeable and friendly throughout. A genuinely feel-good experience that does seem rare these days. We shall almost certainly return for future purchases.

   I was recommended Rudell’s by my parents who were regular customers many years ago. My father and I went in to the shop just to research for a future watch purchase and I must say, I have never received better service anywhere before. From the pleasant and formal greeting by the doorman and all the colleagues upon entering the shop to Sarah’s tireless efforts to find a watch that best suited my very particular needs (I was not an easy customer). She introduced us to brands and styles that I had not considered before, and along with Dan and Emma? (not sure if I got her name right) created a very joyful atmosphere and were very patient as I looked at an array of watches before settling on an amazing Tudor watch I had not considered before. They even offered to adjust my father’s watch during the process. Extremely happy with my purchase but even more so with the service I received. I will no doubt be recommending them to all my friends and will definitely be using them again in the future.
