   Highly recommend 1st Time Fix. Steve and Louie were very professional, polite and friendly. Service and communication was excellent. During the Installation of our new boiler they kept the work area clean and tidy, removing all old materials and rubbish. Thank you.

   1STTIMEFIX - an excellent experience!! My initial enquiry with very helpful and friendly Lotty via telephone was followed by receipt of SMS and emailed confirmation of appointment with engineer Stephen Horne. Stephen sent SMS advising he was on his way and, upon arrival, immediately placed dust sheet and mat on floor before commencing any work. He soon located the problem with the wall mounted gas heater and repaired within minutes, restoring much required warmth. Throughout the appointment Stephen was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend 1sttimefix for superb customer service and will certainly contact them for any future work required.

He'd attended within an hour of me first making contact & within 1 week, a whole new boiler had been ordered & installed.    On discovering a leaking pipe I phoned 1st Time Fix very early on a Thursday morning, Stephen as always was most obliging. On finding out that water to the property was isolated he informed me that he would attend later that same day to assess repairs required. During the visit he ensured the leak was isolated thus allowing reconnection of water supply to my home, a date for repairs for a couple of day later also agreed, accommodating this work in their very busy schedule. Alex completed the repairs to a very high standard, future proofing the system by replacing old pipe work as required. Attention to detail is what I love about this company which ensures an excellent end product and confidence in the service they provide.
