   I called up Spellbound as a complete beading newbie with no knowledge myself, as I have a colleague who's into beading and I wanted to get her something nice for her birthday. The team were so unbelievably helpful in creating a custom bead bundle for my friend - Christine from the offset in helping to produce the bundle and make insightful recommendations, and Louisa for her help with delivery so that everything arrived on time. The team are absolute angels and an asset to the company, and I cannot fault the service; knowledgeable, kind, speedy and at a great price too. What more could you want? You don't often find small business like this these days, so thank you so much to Christine, Louisa and the team for all their help - I cannot thank you guys enough!

   Dispatch excellent, paid extra for 1st class delivery, arrived less than 24 hrs after order. Helpful staff. Would like to visit shop. Recently had the grape see mix, a bit disappointing as mainly 4mm beads with very little variation in colour. Rather a dark mix. Can't post a pic but received only 4 6mm beads and then a few much bigger. Butterscotch, Sherwood green and Caspian blue much better mix of sizes and colour.

   I brought three kits, each are fantastic quality, and the instructions are easy to follow. The kits are very generous with the materials provided, and I had plenty left over after completing then. Even with the postal strike delivery was really quick.

   Beautiful bauble kits and great quality products. Usually I tend to embroider, but I bought two bauble kits at the Knitting and Stitching show and used the online shop to buy more - beautiful and addictive. Definitely a new favourite hobby, hours of fun. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, even for a beginner like me. Everything was packaged really well and all the fragile baubles arrived perfectly. Great customer service throughout with updates on the order and posting. Would fully recommend. Would love to visit in person one day, if I am in your neck of the woods!
