The team were so unbelievably helpful in creating a custom bead bundle for my friend - Christine from the offset in helping to produce the bundle and make insightful recommendations, and Louisa for her help with delivery so that everything arrived on time. The team are absolute angels and an asset to the company, and I cannot fault the service; knowledgeable, kind, speedy and at a great price too. What more could you want? “I purchased a cricut from this store last week. Took it home and it wouldn't connect. Upon returning the item to the store, it appeared there was a fault batch. The manager Dave and his colleague Hayley were so helpful and understanding that I was lent the store machine until my new one arrived. A week later, I had a call to say the new batch was in stock, excited to collect my new machine I headed down to bently bridge. However, same issue the machine didnt work. Meg who served me was amazing and went through every single machine only to find the who batch was faulty apart from one machine the whole process was stressful and time consuming however, the staff demonstrated amazing customer service skills and I have left a happy customer.
