“Well where to start…. Everything about Randalls is amazing and believe me when I say they all go the extra mile to make your experience the best you can possibly get! The team here make you feel so welcome and always ready to help with no hesitation or questions asked. I proposed to my now fiancée on holiday just before Christmas but this wouldn’t have been possible without Martin and the team quickly repairing a damaged ring I bought elsewhere in such a small amount of time and making that moment a reality. Returning from my holiday I completely changed the ring and bought a beautiful ring from Randalls which they kept aside until my return. “We had an awesome time at Minikin for our dads 80th birthday. We did the paint a pot party and it was lovely to sit down as a family (ages 4 all the way up to 80) and get creative! We'll all have a unique memento of a special weekend together. Claire was brilliant and so helpful. Cannot wait to see how they all come out after they've been in the kiln :) Highly recommend.”

“We are here celebrating one of our friends’ birthday - we ordered coffee and milkshakes - milkshakes are really nice, from real ice cream - we also chose some mugs and plates to paint on - staff are friendly and helpful - when we cannot find the paint we want, staff has helped us find it - we do not know how they would become yet, as we will have to come back to collect them afterwards - it’s nice place to spend time chatting and painting some ceramic mugs or plates with friends and families”

“When here as a groupe of 8 for a hen party. Absolutely brilliant time! We made silver rings and the bride and hens loved have the keepsake. She was a great teacher allowing people to work at own pace without making them feel rushed and giving a level of knowledge that I found super interesting. And there is a shop dog which always makes things better in my book”

“Did a "silver ring" workshop in Sept 2024 and cannot recommend it / Maisie enough! She's knowledgeable, friendly, patient and such an excellent teacher. The studio is so lovely and well-equipped (although not accessible for wheelchair users, just FYI). We're absolutely thrilled with the rings we've made. Maisie's workshop was fun, interesting and excellent value for money. How cool to get a take home of a gorgeous ring! Thank you, Maisie!”
