   ZERO stars for service and collection if that were possible. After 20 years as a loyal customer, they prematurely returned my order (sent back before the 2-week deadline), provided no notification, and offered no refund. Their store's parking is unusable, which prevented collection attempts. Unhelpful staff and incompetent customer support. I am taking my business elsewhere.

   Shop is good. However, I purchased a helium balloon tank which was not so good & would not recommend it. Was supposed to inflate up to 30 9" balloons but in fact blew up half of that, which also fell down within four/five hours. I was very disappointed as it was nearly £30. It was for a friend's daughter's hen party as well.

   Quite a nice store. Lots of choice. Can be busy at weekends but the tills are staffed and you get served quite quickly. Any art and craft product you could want as well as model train accessories, model paints, model glues and quite a selection of plastic model kits.

   Big store with lots of arts, crafts pretty much anything needed for birthdays, weddings we call in on a few occasions for things needed. We have been in a lot lately due to sorting my daughters 18th, staff are very friendly one lady that works there is always smiling and chatting (older lady) we found an easel online comparing prices which was the same price as instore I'd rather pick up than have things delayed in delivery from Amazon.

   Love this Hobby Craft. It's my local but always has everything I need. There are more niche and specific retailers for art supplies in town but as an all in one can't fault it. Prices are a little marked up but can't be like it is and not expect a little over charge. Such a huge selection of anything and everything arts, crafts and hobby related so bang on. Customer service is also on point if you ever need a hand.
