Hobby craft is where you can buy just about everything for your hobby. I went on for mirror build paint in gold and they had a vast choice of acrylics for me to choose from in gold! Surprisingly there is a lot of paint in one tube. I managed to paint two small size tables in three coats from a small tube costing £6.75. Good FREE parking at the Bentley Bridge. Definitely give this store a visit - you’ll find a new hobby there too that may even match your artist side.
I purchased a cricut from this store last week. Took it home and it wouldn't connect. Upon returning the item to the store, it appeared there was a fault batch. The manager Dave and his colleague Hayley were so helpful and understanding that I was lent the store machine until my new one arrived. A week later, I had a call to say the new batch was in stock, excited to collect my new machine I headed down to bently bridge. However, same issue the machine didnt work. Meg who served me was amazing and went through every single machine only to find the who batch was faulty apart from one machine the whole process was stressful and time consuming however, the staff demonstrated amazing customer service skills and I have left a happy customer. Thank you team
Hobby craft store stocking lots of goods for almost any physical craft and stuff beyond that too. Staff are friendly and the store is pretty big and well stocked. Some of the products are a little pricey, but there is a student discount here for 10%!
We were seeking some wool, and some embroidery threads. All we required was available. The store was a little too cluttered/crowded for my liking.
Disappointed, made a special trip to this store because online said clearance item was in stock, asked if they had the item and they could not be bothered to go and find it for me saying it was in boxes upstairs and would take ages to find. Went to Telford store, clearance items were still out on the shelves so the attitude of these staff means I won't be returning here again.
A well stocked and good size store that has all the essential bits and pieces for crafting, painting, drawing and creating. The staff are friendly and helpful and are more than willing to offer their advice when looking for something in particular. Location wise, there are good parking facilities at the retail park with access to disabled parking spaces nearby. There are also multiple other stores nearby along with coffee shops and fast food restaurants.
