I'm really appreciating the sauna membership, a private space to relax in the heat with essential oils and steam. Its tucked into a beautiful courtyard filled with ferns and little lights. So nice for winter in the cool damp time of the year. The warmth feels nourishing; with a refreshing outdoor shower to cool off when needed.
The Haven is a fantastic therapy centre. I can highly recommend massage, reflexology and healing with Judith Peplow. Nicola Renovich is an incredible acupuncturist with many years experience. She takes the time to fully understand your needs and has so much knowledge. The treatments were thorough and effective for my energy levels even after the first session. She also gave me herbs to support my immune system going into winter. Highly recommend!

I've been seeing Judith for back, neck, and shoulder massages for the last five months and I can’t recommend her highly enough.
