   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We asked Lisa Privilege from Privilege Properties to sell our family property following the death of our father, and from start to finish the service was exceptional. Lisa arranged to call out at a time that suited us, carried out a thorough valuation, measured all rooms and took professional photographs of the property. She then expertly marketed it across her website, PropertyNews and PropertyPal. Lisa handled all viewings and managed every enquiry from interested parties, keeping us fully informed throughout the entire process. She also provided a full and clear breakdown of all costs from the outset — everything was completely transparent and very competitively priced, which gave us great peace of mind. When offers came in, Lisa liaised with us promptly, clearly explained each offer and provided honest, knowledgeable advice on how best to proceed. Throughout what was a very difficult time for our family, Lisa was extremely compassionate, respectful and understanding, which we truly appreciated.    When I spoke with Lisa she was very friendly and explained their letting service in detail (unlike another estate agent who just referred me to the website when I asked a question!). She advised me on the level of rent I should expect (higher than I expected) and listed the property online. When multiple applications came in, Gerard called me to talk through each one and arranged for me to meet the best applicants in person. Very efficient service, great communication, received the balance of deposit and paperwork very quickly. I would highly recommend Privilege Properties as they did a great job - from taking photos to agreeing a tenancy at the asking price took a week.
