   One of the best office / shared working spaces I’ve been in all over the UK. Amazing for small business and the canteen downstairs is fantastic value. Really friendly staff and great initiatives ran for businesses.

   Clean, well organised when concerts are playing. Lots of bins and toilets around. Well organised, female toilets completely separate with plenty of officers and security around to make girls feel safe. Lots of hand sanitisers too. Food trucks and bars around. VIP has its own standing area and a bar, nothing too spectacular but was nice to try it. Overall in the day time it’s a nice area. Close to the big fish. Belfast is one of my favourite cities.

   Custom House is a 5 star serviced office facility. It must be considered among the best office suites across the UK and Ireland. Not only is it a really beautiful place to work, with super facilities as you can see from some pictures, but it has a team deliver exceptional customer service - must more akin to a 5 star hotel. I moved my business there in January 2023 and our experience has been exceptional. It is a pleasure to bring our clients there and our business is flourishing. If you are looking for a new flexible office or a new business HQ in Northern Ireland, right in the heart of Belfast, you will not find a better place to locate your business! It's world class.

   The Customs House of Belfast stands opposite the Lagan Weir and The Big Fish Sculpture. The building is closed to the public, but even from the outside, it's a magnificent and elegant building in the Italianate style. The front of the building contains a bronze statue of a man talking to an empty crowd as a reminder that the Custom House steps were once a speakers' corner. On the waterfront side, the pediment has sculptures of Britannia, Neptune and Mercury. Definitely worth a look if in Belfast especially as many of the landmarks of Belfast are in this area.

   Central location for events in Belfast - so if you go to many - you will definately be here one day...from food festivals to concerts! The building is impressive..not sure what you have to do to get inside!! Very interesting history...a good place to arrange to meet people - right beside the Cathedral Quarter - or over to the Odyssey. The Big Fish is just around the corner as well and Albert Clock - so plenty to see!
