   I have completed a Reiki II course at Equinox and I have found it to be a life changing experience. Even before being accepted on the course Billy and I had in depth conversations on my previous training. This demonstrated Billy's deep commitment to her work and the well being of prospective students. The course was completed over 2 days. At the start of the course we had an itinerary which was adhered to. Nevertheless there was lots of time for questions and for students to share their experiences. The written material given was comprehensive and covered everything we had discussed and needed to know. The gift was an added and appreciated bonus. What was especially great about this experience is that it didn't end when you worked out of the door. Billy is interested in the wellbeing of each individual and she encourages the group to keep in touch. In the future I plan to complete Reiki III with Billy knowing that I will be well equipped to help others as well as being supported on my own developmental journey.

   Equinox has been a favourite of my wife's for quite a few years, though it has to be said - and my wife agrees - that it has been in steady decline for a while now. We visited the shop yesterday morning, a rare thing since we left the area some years ago. The decline, for me, has reached it's nadir as it has reached the point where the assistant we have seen on several occasions in the past seemed more interested in sweeping the floor than attending to me as I stood at the counter, debit card in hand, potential purchases before me, very conspicuous at eighteen stone... I stood there, invisible to the assistant, for several minutes before giving up and leaving. Verdict: not attentive to customers. However, not wanting to disappoint my wife, I returned soon after to buy the beautiful amber bracelet I had in mind to buy her. This time a senior person was in attendance and was very helpful (well, I believe she was senior as she did give that impression). We will probably return as my wife surfs the waves of nostalgia and hope as in fairness they do sell some beautiful things.

I recently visited Billie for my third annual spiritual reading. An easy and friendly booking process via Zara, a comfortable room in which you feel immediately at ease, all above a treasure trove of crystals and gems. Billie's sessions are warm and inviting and her readings have provided me with the guidance I needed.
