   Exceptional customer service from the lady who served us today, Sunday. She was on her own but still took the time to compliment my daughter's hair and we had a lovely chat. At a time where most shops don't even acknowledge you, she made such a difference. I really hope the company cherishes her, what a great ambassador.

   Timpsons have a sign on the door stating open until 5.30pm yet for the past few days when I've finished work, they've been closed 5.10pm. Not good at all when they keep closing very early. Definitely not fair on working class people.

   Went to get a watch fixed and the guy came across very rude and seemed very discriminatory because of the way i look. Asked me several questions about the watch i got since it was a Micheal Kors one (like i can’t afford it or something) but it was a gift from someone and was even in all the original packaging and box.

   Took a gucci watch with the seal missing asked if the older gentleman could replace it I was told it would cost £40ish but he was very very rude quite happy on his mobile don't think he wanted to work that day got the seal replaced elsewhere for a fifth of the price

   Had a battery replaced cost £25, the watch is waterproof down to 50 meters, after the replacement it got water in and stopped operating £350 down the drain.

   I went into your store today to have my watch strap replaced. I think it was around 2 in the afternoon. The reason why I am writing this review is to thank the young gentleman who took care of everything, not only because of how he handled everything for me, but because I was truly impressed by his excellent customer service. I had to wait a bit so I had the chance to see him in action with other customers, and he has proved himself very knowledgeable in all areas, polite and respectul. You guys are really lucky to have him, and if this is the result of your company culture, an even greater kudos to you!
