   Went there yesterday to pick up a new door lock, my first visit has I was only told about this place by a friend. The girl behind the counter was extremely helpful and super friendly which is rare these days, would definitely recommend this place and will be my place to go when in need of hardware

   I can't recommend these enough. The two ladies on the trade counter really know their stuff. Walked in with a upvc door locking unit and one lady recognised it and had got a replacement by the time I walked to the counter. The other lady then advised us to change the front plate instead of cutting the new one down. Honestly we've saved £££ and time from not calling out a locksmith. Very, very happy customers

   UPDATE - The morning after posting this review i received a very brief email notifying me a refund would be processed which i replied to, thanking them… No refund received and 3 emails requesting updates ignored. I have no idea why a company feels it can act this way. Im at my wits end with it. Do Not Use This Company! Placed order 01/11 for 2 security keys and associated postage for delivery within 3-5 days. So far so normal… Keys arrived but did not work with significant differences between original key and duplicates. Correct code was sent. Emails then ignored for over a week when i was then told 2 new keys would be sent. This was 2 weeks ago. Since then keys have not turned up and All emails have been ignored. Member of staff answered the phone when i called last wednesday and could not get off the phone quick enough. No keys, no refund, no communication. Absolutely awful.

   Rang in to inquire. When I said the part number the lady said that's not our part number. So I asked if they make up there own part numbers the lady said yes they do. Must be hard to find anything that way.... This company been recommended by the supply company. Wrong move hopefully they don't do it in the future.

   Placed order on 27 August No order update for nearly 10 days. Rang them only to hear order has been cancelled because there is no stock. Website still showing stock. No resolution over phone wasted 2 weeks without proper locks for client. Not happy at all and good bye to this company. Never order again i dont know where they got good reviews from as i would rate them below Zero if i can. Refunded money but after wasting 2 weeks. Ordered through different company better quality kite mark locks with almost £20 cheaper for pair. Delivered next day. Update your stock management system and customer service to be able to please customer otherwise out of business soon. Good luck. And Good bye.
