“This place is also known as Hips. Went here for a brass doorstop and padlock. The doorstop was fine, but the padlock might be a bit too big. I have been going here for many years, and find them to be better for variety price and value for money when shopping for ironmongery, than B&Q. They don't do late evenings or weekends, but they're likely to have what you want, with friendly service. Stating the obvious, but I'll return.”

“Nice staff, great prices , good value to get my cat food from, since iams is usually like 11 quid online, but here it's 3.50. Even the litter is like 4 quid. And the paint I was able to get for my room was also a bargain. I like it there, they also have lift access for pram users and wheelchair users. The lift is long a little but thin enough to fit two people side by side in. It fit me , my sister, her pram and my cousin who is a giant.”
