I wish to highlight the beyond excellent customer care received yesterday (sun 23rd). My daughter and I went to see the new Wicked movie (1pm screening) yesterday. Unfortunately my daughter became ill 30mins into watching the movie, and we didn't make it to the bathroom in time resulting in a mishap in the entrance lobby. The male member of staff manning the ticket checking in booth immediately came to our assistance followed by a male member of staff wearing glasses. They could not have been more helpful and caring putting this mummy at ease. Unfortunately we couldn't watch the rest of the movie and I am genuinely overwhelmed by the kindness of the male member of staff who gave us complimentary tickets to come back again to see the movie another time. These two gentlemen deserve recognition. Thank you.

2nd time visiting this cinema, today was 1pm viewing of wicked 2! Arrived 15 mins early with my 13 Yr old son (ASD) to have him settled in surroundings before film started! The girl that served us for our tickets and food was so pleasant and friendly. She assisted us into the screening room I think was maxx, held doors showed us our seats! As before seats were comfortable, it wasn't freezing just nice room temperature, very clean and the sound was amazing! Excellent experience for my son!

Terrible. Always heat to max and sweaty can't breath hot pit. 4 different people out asking for heat blower to be tuned to cool. Stay disappeared and lett me locked outside ..no phone number on website and no bell. Pop to car and can't get back in and left my 2 children by themselves .. disgraceful cinema with lazy staff. All outside smoking and on phones and worst cinema I've ever set foot in. Avoid.

Recently visited the Antrim Omniplex and it was, as always, clean and comfortable. The screen was great as was the sound. Not overly loud. Staff were pleasant and there is loads of parking.

Loved it friendly staff, and to be back in a cinema after so long, really brought back the magic, cinema was immaculately clean and very welcoming. Came back for the alien double bill, a few new faces but everyone friendly and happy, warm and welcoming, was in one of the smaller cinemas but was immaculately clean and films were great Visit 2 ( Screen 2 ) Back again for Dune Part 2, love coming to this cinema I'm always blown away by how huge this cinema is for Antrim ( but no complaints )

Comfy seats, average price, but it's absolutely freezing in there. I sat on my hands with my coat on throughout the whole movie. It wasn't a one off. Subsequently everyone I know who has visited has said the same thing, regardless of which screen they were in. Bring a blanket! **EDIT** Omniplex your standard reply is particularly unhelpful! As explained, this is not a one off. You don't need to "investigate" anything. You need to simply turn the heating on! You have replied the same thing to other reviewers.

Great film. And sound. Cinema was freezing and it cost £65 for 4 of us with drinks and nachos over £6 per portion. An ad at the start encouraging people to go to cinema. Maybe if it was reasonably priced.....

Starting to look a bit shabby compared to some of the other cinemas that offer leather reclining seats. Also need to bring back the Tuesday night cheap seats which again other cinemas are doing as now go elsewhere to avail of these offers.
