Whilst not the biggest appreciator of Art but feel really compelled to review what a wonderful building. But the star of the whole place? Alan who was the attendant of the upper gallery today. He epitomises Belfast as a city with his warmth, wit and curiosity to form an endearing experience for us just before we left for the airport on a rainy day. The world simply needs more Alan’s.

Santa was fab. Friendly and funny :) didn't have to wait too long. Thought the wee present was a bit stingy though. 4 crayons, a mini pack of haribo and a little activity book.

Great meeting place for coffee. Events an exhibitions are high quality. Friendly staff. Having social channels but not answering messages isn't a good look though...

Beautifully curated exhibitions! Free to access, as well as being managed by incredibly conscientious guides. Whether you’re in Belfast for a few hours or the whole weekend, it is a hidden gem!

We were at a talk in the MAC. It's called Seed Talks. Was enlightening the least to say but the MAC is a brilliant venue for these kind of events. There's a bar for the thirsty and polite staff to answer your queries. Good wee spot for art as well which they show on regular basis.

Fantastic architecture and a wonderful exhibition space. It’s free to visit and there’s a great coffee shop/bar/cafe on the ground floor. If you like brutalist architecture this is a must see when you visit Belfast.

Really nice place. The building is really interesting in itself, and the galleries are very imposing. It's great that it's totally free, and (apart from the sub-par coffee) I'd recommend it to anyone looking for an hour or two of chill time in the cathedral quarter.

Great public building in the centre of Belfast. Visited while remote working and enjoyed a day spent in the cafe. Super friendly staff (Feargal in particular was really great). Highly recommend both the coffee and the lunch menu.
