Nastiest and rudest staff I’ve met in Nottingham. Trumps every other bad experience I’ve had. Every loud music bar in the county is better than ICON.
This bar is terrible. I will never be coming back here again outside security are rude. the venue constantly uses a smoke machine inside a small enclosed space which makes it hard to see and breathe. It caused me to have a severe asthma attack. I went to an event held here and was sent away for the time that the event started as the venue was not ready. I came back 5 minutes later and queued for 20 minutes and then was charged a late fee of £10. The toilets never have paper and the doors do not even close. Overall, an extremely terrible experience.
Upon arrival I was told my tickets were invalid that I purchased on Skiddle. The chaos at the door was just unnecessary and the toxic masculinity overall just made the night out a bad experience. First time out in Nottingham and I can’t say I’d return back to this club.
Worst club ever they kick people out for no reason, not going never again. It’s trash
Went to this bar for an event and started queuing at 11:15. Waited in the queue till 12:45 until everyone started pushing and the police were called. Bouncers were nasty and the police didn’t help. Bought a ticket before hand and never even managed to enter the building. The club shuts at 2am so considering we wouldn’t have got into the club until 1am if all the pushing didn’t start it’s shocking. An hour in a club what’s the point. Can’t refund the tickets since the bar made sure they cannot be refunded. Literally will never go here ever again
Booked tickets online, turned up and the club had overbooked. Didn’t get let in and the police turned up and locked it off. Complete waste of money, don’t go here they don’t know how to manage numbers
I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM MINUS STARS because they were honestly the worst ever ! There was a young white girl who was new and was laughing at all the people in the queue and there was a bald guy wanting to fighting people In the queue, I hope they are fired because they are the worst and I wish I knew their names because they have no human decency and they wanted to fight people in the queue, they were also racist to my friends and wanting to fight them because they were Asian and there was bald and had tattoos and there was another guy who had a ponytail who was 6 ft 3 !! I will get their names and post them too because I hope they are fired because of their abusive and racist behaviour. Please do better because this is not okay, they let so many more people in even though they were more drunk than my friend
payed £84 for my and my friends to book 2 tables, arrived early and the whole place was fully booked despite previously paying for a booking. as well as this, the bouncer (i think his name was raf) was extremely rude, refused to listen to me when telling him i booked 2 tables and threatened to kick me out with no reasoning once entering. would not come here again and 100% would not recommend to others, sorry. bouncers hugely impact clubs’ image so when staff is not helping or even acknowledging paying customers i assure you it’s not good for business.
