Being a member of the Village gym is a pleasure. Always a great clean environment. The staff are friendly and welcoming. You can work out in the gym enjoy classes and swim in a 25m pool and finish your visit with a steam or sauna and jacuzzi. Always leave feeling refreshed.
The standard of the facilities are very good. It is noticeable that staff do regular checks to ensure that the swimming pool, steam room and sauna are the correct temperature and clean. I was very impressed at the size of the changing rooms and the cleanliness. Overall it was a relaxing experience. I would like to give a special thank you to the wonderful lady at the gym reception, Dali. She was very welcoming, helpful and had a wonderful warm smile to greet you on arrival, thank you for the very we welcome Dali.
The gym is very nice and clean. Dal and Lorrie is nice she is always helps me I am not use to all the new stuff she always has time and helps me. When my card does not work. They are both very calm and polite and always greet people with a smile. God bless them and the team.
Used the facilities as a guest on 12/02/23, went in around 10:30am & the woman at the desk with no name badge was so rude. I had to ask her "are you ok today?" she said she has had a very stressful morning to which I replied "I can tell". My other friends also said she was rude huffing & puffing at them. Not sure why she thinks being stressed means taking it out on customers. Village gym- happy to discuss this for staff training purposes
Always great place for work outs and chilling after in steam room sauna or swimming pool! Gym has some new treadmills and all in all machines are good standards.
We had a great tour of the gym and the membership options were explained well by Tiffany. I'm really glad that we joined as the classes have been great and the swimming pool is lovely and this makes me want to go back and get fitter.
Visited the gym recently and was pleasantly surprised how welcoming the staff was, Louis showed me around as I was new and only visiting on a day pass, very pleasant gentleman I used the majority of the facilities, I will be returning. Great place and staff
