   I have viewed quite a few properties with this company all the viewings went very well the owner and office staff more absolutely confidential professional and very patient with me until they got me the right property for me to buy they went away above their profession to help me get the property quickly I would highly recommend them and will buy from them again in the near future and also will be. Selling a property on the outskirts of crumlin in the next few months and I will be using this agent

   Booked in with my girlfriend to view a property last night at 6pm. Email from estate agents says, "That's you booked in, enjoy the viewing." Show up having driven 15 miles and my girlfriend having left work early and driving 17 miles to get there. Knock on the door and no-one is home. Try to contact the estate agents, but get only an answering machine. Girlfriend sends an email explaining the situation but it is futile as it is obvious to me that no-one is going to respond anytime soon. Wait for a while before going home. Girlfriend gets an email this morning that our booking was not in fact confirmed ("That's you booked in, enjoy the viewing") and that the property owner wanted viewings no later than 5.10pm. Of course there was no communication to us to explain this. Eventually acknowledges this to be a mix up and accepts responsibility. I'm hoping this admission of responsibility from the estate agent can be used as legal tender to pay for the petrol I wasted going to view the property. Will 100% not be dealing with these people again. Unprofessional time-wasters.
