Superb service by all of the Mega Store staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Lay out is great. Obvious hours of work put into making sure store looks great. Numerous new items all presented immediately they are released. Thanks to Burt and all the team for a great job.
Great experience in the store today. The girl serving us today went above and beyond for me and my kids. The store was busy with the announcement of the Europa Badge but this is obviously to be expected but created an exciting buzz. We were offered the service of leaving the shirt and collecting after lunch. Always amazing service in this shop, proud to call it our own - COYR
The service experience included a wait time of around two and a half hours for adding a name to the back of a shirt. During this period, the staff displayed a dismissive attitude and were not particularly helpful, which contributed to a negative experience. Given this recent encounter, the overall quality of service appears to have declined; it used to be decent prior to the Premier League era.
Very well stocked for shirts and training clothing, but didnt have stock of some other merchandise. Very busy on matchdays as you'd expect, but really easy to get served on other days. Friendly and helpful staff are always on hand.
