   I wish I saw some of these review before ordering! I ordered a stick and other items for a tournament. Took almost 3 weeks for delivery which was too late by then. They are difficult to get in touch with on the phone or email. I contacted them many times to ask for updates and finally got the tracking number when items were being shipped. No email response from them regarding the delay.

   Bought AJ top and puck with the recent events in Nottingham to show my support, understand that a large amount of orders had come in, but emailed them and was told no ETA, next day email to advise had been dispatched. Package arrives with a top but no puck. Messaged and called several times with no answer, contacted them via website and days later was advised someone would get in touch. Still no response, contact made again and no response. An absolute joke of a company especially with everything that has happened there would have been a response. I advised in last email if no response then this would be taken further which I am in the process of doing, you have my money yet you have not delivered my goods

   Ordered 2 Jerseys as Christmas presents at the end of October. Still haven't received them, I have e-mailed and phoned multiple times but got no response even when one email was regarding a refund because it's been too long. I appreciate they said it's taking 28 days to manufacture the jerseys however it's now been well over 3 months and I have no clue as to when and if the jerseys will arrive. Will not be purchasing anything further from here.

   Horrible service and poor order/stock management, ordered an Adam Johnson memorial jersey back in early November. It now being over 50 days since the order was made and no product! When emailing them they eventually responded after 3 attempts to contact stating there's a delay so we don't know when you'll get the product!

   Great selection of hockey stuff if you go to the shop. However if you order anything online then expect to wait ages. I finally recieved my hockey jersey which I ordered 6-8 weeks ago. When I ordered it there was no message or email stating this would be the wait time... This seems to be an occurring theme when I've ordered shirts there's usually a delay. The price of the shirts has massively increased to £65-85 when they used to be £50 a jersey for a lot better quality shirt than the ones they are producing now
