Superb location and great accommodation, finished to a really nice modern clean look and is fully equipped, feels very much a home from home, we have loved every moment staying here... The host Claire is really easy going, very friendly and helpful; the accommodation is animal friendly and there is an amazing woodland walk on site which is great for man's best friend. If we find ourselves back in the area we will be staying here again it's just perfect. Thanks for making our week away so relaxing.
Absolutely loved our stay in fir cottage. Everything we needed was there, hours drive to most of the places we wanted to visit. Great relaxing time in the cottage and hot tub. Dogs had a great time in the secure garden and a walk around the woods and field. Highly recommend a break at woodside

Best holiday lets ever. Always immaculately clean, has been very covid safe, and is super dog friendly. Situated in an ideal location just outside of Plymouth. This allows you access to both the delights of Devon and Cornwall and really opens up where you can visit. Located near some lovely places to go walking, some wonderful areas to sightsee and lots of towns and villages that house shops and some of the best eateries I have been in. There is so much on your doorstep. Super friendly staff who always greet you with a smile. This was our 3rd visit and we love it so much we're going back next year
Stayed here numerous times. The cottages are clean and of a high standard. Pet friendly, these properties are a must if you're visiting SE Cornwall or Plymouth.
Stunning location very friendly. A great place to be in regard to being close to tourist areas within a hour driving distance to Newquay, Eden Project etc. 10-20 minutes to the nearest beach. The cottage itself the willow we stayed in was very modern, underfloor heating. It was beautiful.
Fantastic retreat. Well appointed property and just off the beaten track. Claire was the perfect host, offering us help & advice from before we even arrived. We stayed in Beech and you won't be disappointed. Two double bedrooms, one with super-size shower room. A family bathroom and separate WC near the second bedroom. Well stocked kitchen with new appliances and a laundry cupboard with washing machine, etc. Most importantly these days, fantastic wifi and plenty of sockets to keep all devices happy and connected. Location is perfect too. 5 mins to Waitrose and only a little bit further to the wonderful town of Saltash, the gateway to Cornwall. Go visit, its lovely. Some of the best but least known beaches in Cornwall are less than 30 minutes drive away and you're only a stone's throw from Dartmoor. Great destination out of season too... peace, quiet but still great wifi. Thoroughly recommended.
