Great accommodation and a lovely setting. We are a large family and needed accommodation with washing facilities. Crylla was a perfect. Excellent sized room. Well equipped kitchen. Short walk to a great pub for food. Would throughly recommend.
Spotlessly clean property with a well equipped kitchen containing fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher and everything you would need for self catering. The gardens are well macaque and the whole resort was neat and tidy. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.
Absolutely perfect! Beautiful grounds, immaculate cottage and brilliant facilities. Our dog had been very welcome, even having a goody bag on arrival. Every little detail has been thought about and it’s a great holiday let - we will definitely stay again!
Staff were second to none and the whole site was spotless Our one bedroom cottage was exceptionally clean, spacious with an open plan living dining and a kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher and washing machine! Upstairs the large bedroom had king size comfortable bed with loads of storage plus a bathroom with bath and shower. If that wasn't enough there was a separate toilet. The outside space at front was great with patio table and bench seats and private enough. For us the location was easy to get to off the A38 and just over an hour from all the places we wanted to visit. My husband is not one for travelling/sightseeing but for him to say he would stay there again says it all. A peaceful place to chill out and not venture far if you don't want to. Enough places to do food shopping within a3-milee radius. We didn't take advantage of the bonus of access to nearby leisure facilities so can't comment.
After selling my home and waiting to complete on my new place, I have booked into the cottages. One of the only places that would allow me to keep my cat with me. The accommodative is clean and well laid out. Furnishings are of good quality and very comfortable. As for the kitchen, it is so well equipped that you barely need to bring anything, apart from a blender if you need one. The grounds are well maintained and very clean. As for the housekeeping and reception staff, they are amazing. I can’t thank Helen in reception enough for how much help she has given.
Cryla Cottages in Saltash are absolutely fantastic. The location is beautiful and peaceful. The cottages are nice , spacious and clean. The electronic equipments and other facilities (especially kitchen ones ) are truly good . The beddings and towels are adequately provided. The carpet and overall heating is good too. In short it’s fabulous. We were a group of 3 families. We had booked 3 separate cottages- all three cottages were absolutely perfect. We all a fantastic holiday of 4 nights (22nd December to 26th December). Highly recommend this place and I would personally visit again. Thank you team Cryla . our sister-in-law Mrs. Janet Mayhew booked the accommodation for us and we were exceptionally pleased with it. We were in unit ELM 14. From the time we arrived on 17th June until we left 1st July we couldn't fault anything. The Unit was very clean and very well equipped. The staff were friendly, very pleasant and nothing too much trouble. Our holiday in Cornwall from South Africa was made very enjoyable. Thank you very much Robert and Sylvia Mayhew. Wonderful place, clean, everything we needed and lots of space in the accommodation for the grandchildren. We all enjoyed our weeks stay, visited local places and made use of the lovely swimming pool. Would go back in the future & recommend it to family & friends.
Absolutely love Crylla Valley, staff were so welcoming on arrival. The cottage was so clean and quiet. Perfect family get away. Very well maintained green, lovely facilities for children. Very close to Plymouth and close to local Lidl. Great place. Would recommend.
Fabulous place with superb Staff. Lovely, spacious accommodation was offered after the original cottage, although very nice, had a flight of steps to access. These proved difficult for an elderly member of our family and once we approached the Reception Team, they went above and beyond to assist us with more suitable accommodation.
