   Beautiful park. Plenty of places to go for a walk whether just a quick one or for the day. Coffee shop with ice cream available and currently the car park gates close at 5pm. Kids play area and small waterfall. Parking is charged at 3.50 for a few hours or 4.50 for the day and it accepts both cash and card payments

   Lovely big open space for all the family to enjoy. I was glad to see they had their dinosaur problem solved with the use of some metal fencing. I should imagine these prehistoric beasties caused a lot of problems for them before their capture. Lots of ducks, coots, swans and Canada Gooses (if you've watched Letterkenny the phrasing will make sense) The cafe on site (cabin) is great and very well priced considering it's location and has some nice outdoor seating

   Had our wedding reception here recently and it was fab. Got so many beautiful pics and everything ran so smoothly. Evening buffet was beautiful and the catering manager was fantastic, thank you ☺️

   Went on Bank Holiday so was very busy, good amount of parking £4.50 for the day. Cute little ponds and a nice lake. Disabled friendly around the houses and one disabled toilet with baby change. The play park equipment was great fun the older kid loved it all only a small play set for the little one though. There is a golf club and coffee lounge with gallery. The bathroom facilities are below average in cleanliness standard. This place is dog friendly but lots of owners did let dogs with an unsuitable recall off leash so be aware with your kids.

   This is a lovely park to explore. It has a stately house that you can visit. The house usually has a cafe through an open window and there are tables and chairs on the path. The hall itself usually has some type of event going on from art shows to wedding fairs. The lake is a nice place to walk around with ducks, geese and swans alongside other birds and wildlife. Fishermen sit alongside it and some are quite interesting to watch or talk too. There is also a wooded area to explore to the rear of the park, that leads nicely into Baggeridge country park if you want to explore even further. If golf is your thing, then there is a golf course on the top right as you enter the park right next to a snack shop to grab where you can purchase a drink, snack and ice-cream etc. It's a perfect place to bring the family for a picnic, go for a nice walk to get away from the usual built up urban areas. Parking is aplenty with a car park on the left and a larger car park on the right. It has some disabled spaces which are free for blue badge holders and the parking charges themselves are reasonable. A season pass is also available.

   Decided to take the kids and dog for the Halloween trail. Extra bonus being free, however you do have to pay for parking. But this was really reasonable. We had a lovely time, and the weather was perfect!

   Lovely park for a walk, take the dog and they have lots of events on amongst other things. Parking is £2 for a couple of hours or £3 all day, needs modernising with an app as it’s cash only. Would highly recommend

   Had a nice afternoon with the kids. Beautiful lake and lovely grasslands to walk around. Parking is £2 for 2 hours or £3 for the whole day. Well worth going if an event is on. Would definitely go again.
