Poor customer service, can’t fulfil a simple request and are unable to deliver the basics. Furthermore passing on personal information is not ok.
The best customer service. After Smith Optics were completely useless in dealing with my warranty claim for a helmet and stopped replying to my emails, I found a phone number online and was put through to Ultra Sport Europe. They were incredibly helpful and kindly sorted me out with a new helmet while chasing a refund for me. I can't recommend them highly enough for their customer service.
