I enjoyed my 2 years staying in one of their studio properties and I always felt safe and looked after - everyone was super friendly and kind, and the maintenance team was very responsive. Their team made my university experience a lot less stressful because they were always easy to get in touch with. Also, they have a variety of properties to suit different types of people all located in close proximity to the University of Plymouth or nearby bus stops in the city centre. Such a good letting agency! I’d been with another company prior tho Student Life but they were much better! They’re quick to reply to any emails, and try to resolve issues as quickly as possible. Notable to mention that Ria goes above and beyond to fix anything, and is a pleasure to talk to! Would definitely recommend this letting agency over anyone else in the city!
Having rented through two other agencies in Plymouth and not exactly had the best experience, Student Life have restored my faith. Maintenance response and repairs have been the issue in the past but Student Life have an amazing maintenance manager and we found essential repairs were dealt with really quickly. Shame this is my final year or I would rebook. Students - pick you agency wisely
