The property was in a wonderful spot, very close to the Main Street and overlooking the ocean, pier and harbour. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. The flat was very clean and well presented. I thoroughly recommend this apartment for a stay.

Another amazing stay at Fiveways Apartments, this time we stayed in Elberry, had everything my son (3yrs) and I needed for our weekend away!! Clean and tidy, amazing that it has parking and you step outside and everything is there, arcades, beach, crazy golf, cinema etc! Will be staying again for sure! Nicola is very accommodating and responds quickly to any requests! Thank you very much!!
Can’t recommend these apartments highly enough. Superb-location on the seafront with parking available. Clean, modern apartment with everything you may need. We stayed in Churston which had wonderful sea views. Booking was straight forward with lots of clear information provided by Nicola and Phil the owners, We stayed during the airshow weekend and we will definitely return at a later date to stay again and explore the area more.
My husband and I stayed at Fiveway Apartments for a long weekend 14th - 17th October. We stayed in the Watcombe, a split level apartment, which was absolutely stunning. The apartment was spotlessly clean, fresh smelling and had everything you would want for a holiday away. Loads of storage space for all your clothes, a very well equipped kitchen and even had a welcome pack of teas, coffee, hot chocolate, sugars etc. There was only 2 of us on this visit but the apartment was very spacious, double bed on the upper floor of the split level apartment with the living room, bathroom and kitchen on the lower floor. The bathroom was spacious, lovely hot shower, with lovely soft, luxurious and fluffy white towels provided. The kitchen / dining area was very generous in size, fridge with small freezer within the fridge, kettle, toaster, cooker with hob, microwave. All kitchen utensils and cutlery that you could wish for. The living room was very cosy indeed, plenty of seating with a double PVC door out to the courtyard where we loved to go and sit in the morning and have our breakfast and coffee. The living room also had a TV with plenty of channels to keep you entertained. There was also a tablet where you could check out the local area, places to eat, places to visit and also told you of the weather for the area with a very helpful map of the area. We were blessed with the weather, warm, sunny, bright blue skies. We met the owners a few times, Nicola and Phil. They were incredibly gracious at all times, very helpful in providing information about the local area, a font of information of where to go and eat out. We visited a fair few establishments during our stay. Highly recommend Shoreline and Chandler’s for breakfast, and would highly recommend Harbour light and Local Gastro Bar & Grill for an evening meal …… both fabulous meals, very attentive service and a lovely pleasant ambiance. We had a few drinks at Henry’s Bar and The Spinning Wheel, both traditional pubs with great service and a very relaxed environment. All in all, we had a fabulous time, walks on the beach which is right on your doorstep staying at Fiveway Apartments, a trip down memory lane walking down the Pier and enjoying all the fun in the arcades or just sitting on the pier staring out to sea in the sunshine watching the world go by. If you are looking for a break away from the hustle and bustle, some time to sit back and relax, you certainly will not regret a stay at Fiveway. Just back from a long weekend stay at five ways appartments. Located right on the seafront, harbour and many amenities, just a short walk away My room was Churston, over looking the bay, a great view. Room spotless, very nicely decorated, and very well equipped. Bed very comfortable. Free WiFi , coded door locks for extra security, all topped off with great hosts. No hesitation in recommending fiveways to anyone.
We stayed for the second year. I cannot recommend these apartments highly enough. So well situated near to everything you could need. We stayed in the Hollicombe such a light airy place with huge windows looking out over the sea with amazing views across the bay. The apartment is on the first floor and extremely well appointed. The apartments are on the sea front about a 5-10 min walk from the station (depending how fast you walk) The shower is excellent and can be adjusted to suit all. The kitchen area which is part of the sitting room has everything you would need for self catering. There is a really lovely bedroom with plenty of storage. Plenty of plug sockets for charging phones and each one in the bedroom has a usb socket as well. Nicola and Phil are excellent hosts and extremely responsive to emails and any questions you may have. I would highly recommend if you are heading to Paignton. Thank you Nicola and Phil.
Stayed here in August this year. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The checking in process was very straightforward and the accomodation was fantastic. Very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a lovely stay. In a great location very close to the seafront and the hosts provided lots of great information on things to do locally. Will definitely be booking here again.
Great apartment, the location is amazing, right in the centre of Paignton, across the road from the beach, and a minute walk to the little parks bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was lovely and really spacious. We will definitely be returning!
